摘要
失真度测量仪是测量非线性失真的仪器,在现有的失真度测量仪器中,传统的模拟仪器存在电路复杂、稳定性和可靠性较低的问题;FFT频谱分析方法难以有效解决测量精度与运算量、存储量之间矛盾的问题。为解决这些问题,介绍了一种基于DFT和过零检测的数字式失真度测量算法,在某型数字失真度测量仪中,采用基于TMS320C6713型DSP数字信号处理系统成功实现了该算法,结果表明该数字失真度测量仪结构简单,具有较高的测量精度和较快的测量速度。
Distortion meter is the instrument used to measure non-liner distortion. Among the distortion meters existing, problems of requiring complex hardware circuits, low stability and dependability are found in conventional analog instruments, and the conflicts among calculation, storage quantity and precision can' t be solved effectively when using FFT spectrum analysis method. In order to solve those problems, this paper introduces a distortion measure algorithm based on DFT and zero-crossing detection. In a new digital distortion meter, this algorithm has been successfully applied in digital signal processing system .based on DSP of TMS320C6713. The result shows this digital distortion meter has more simple structure, higher measure preci- sion and faster measure speed.
