摘要
试验研究了不同类型的分散剂、不同加入量以及不同的搅拌速度和搅拌时间对纤维水镁石的松解效果,并用超声波分散与机械分散效果进行比较,结果表明,阴离子表面活性剂OT对纤维水镁石的松解具有良好分散效果。在纤维质量与加入分散剂OT质量比为1∶0.10,搅拌转速为1000r/min,搅拌时间为40min条件下松解效果最好。
This article studies different types of dispersants, different dosages of dispersants, different agitating speed and time, which have different dispersion effects on fibrous brucite. Also it introduces the comparatively effects of ultrasonic and mechanism on fibrous brucite. The conclusion indicates that anionic surfactant OT has favourable effect. The proportion of the fibre dosage and surfactant OT dosage is 1 : 0.1, agitating speed is 1000 r/min, the agitating time is 40min, which are the best conditions to get the best dispersion effect.
