摘要
运用交易费用经济学理论,分析了农作物新品种商业化的交易特性,并对我国农作物新品种商业化的问题进行了剖析,提出了促进我国农作物新品种商业化的对策和建议。
The transaction characteristic of commercialization of new crops variety based on transaction cost economics was analysed. According to the analyses of the problems in commercialization of crop varietv in China,some suggestions and c, ountermeasures on commereialization of new crop breed were proposed.
