摘要
目的:利用现代信息技术研究设计一套在核事故时开展医学应急响应的工作系统。方法:根据核事故医学应急工作的特点,进行硬件和软件设计,集成一个包括通信系统、显示会议控制系统、计算机网络系统、安全保密系统、决策指挥系统、技术支持管理系统、核应急数据资料库系统和剂量估算系统等软硬件为一体的核事故医学应急响应系统。结果:通过系统编制和集成,具有通信功能、显示会议功能、计算机网络功能、安全保密功能、人员受照剂量估算功能、信息检索功能和辅助决策功能。结论:该套系统可在实施核事故应急时,组织专家和医学救援人员对事件进行健康影响综合评估,开展核事故医学响应工作。
Objective To design a working system in medical response to nuclear emergency by using modern communication technology. Methods According to the specialty of medical response to nuclear accident, medical response system to nuclear emergency was developed by combining software and hardware which included communication system, conference control system, computer-based network system, safety and secret-keeping system, decision-making system, technical support management system, database system for nuclear emergency and dose-assessment system. Rsults By editing and integrating different systems, this system possessed the function of communication, conference eontrol, computer-based network, safety and secret-keeping, dose assessment, information index and assisting decision-making. Conclusion When nuclear accident takes place, this system can be used in off-site response, which is necessary in organizing experts and responders to evaluate health effects and controlling medical management to nuclear accident.
