摘要
以熔融纺丝法制备的玻璃包覆CoFeSiBC合金微丝为研究对象,分析了合金丝的组织结构,表明微丝是非晶态的,芯丝直径4μm,玻璃层厚10μm,玻璃占了微丝体积的绝大部分,芯丝表面光滑,与玻璃包覆层紧密结合。用矢量网络分析仪测量了微丝电磁参数,并进行了不同厚度的单层吸波涂层设计,结果显示微丝在10~18GHz微波频段内具有较好的衰减特性,反射率最小值为-27dB,吸波效果好。
Glass-coated CoFeSiBC microwires prepared by glass-coated melt spinning method was choosed as material investigated, The analysis on microstructure indicated that the microwire is amorphous, and has a diameter of 4μm. The glass layer has a thickness of 10μm, accounting for a great volume fraction of the glass-coated microwire. The core wire has a smooth surface and integrates to glass-coated layer tightly. The microwave electromagnetic parameters were measured by microwave vector network analyzer, and design on single absorbing layer with different thickness was conducted. The results show that the microwire has high absorption in frequency range of 10 to 18GHz, with a minimum reflectivity of -27dB.
