四元交互体系Li^+,K^+//Cl^-,B_4O_7^(2-)-H_2O(298K)介稳相平衡研究

摘要 通过测定西藏扎布耶盐湖卤水四元子体系Li+,K+//Cl-,B4O72--H2O298 K介稳平衡实验数据,并绘制出介稳平衡相图。结果表明:该四元体系属简单共饱型,无复盐和固溶体形成;其溶解度等温图含有2个共饱点、5条单变量曲线和4个结晶相区;4个结晶相区分别对应于K2B4O7.4H2O,KCl,Li2B4O7.5H2O和LiCl.H2O。与该体系对应的稳定相图比较:硼酸钾、氯化锂、氯化钾与平衡相图中结晶形式一致;硼酸锂在介稳相图中的结晶形式为Li2B4O7.5H2O,而平衡相图中的结晶形式则为Li2B4O7.3H2O。 The experimental data of metastable phase equilibrium of Li^+,K^+//Cl^-,B4O7^2--H2O quaternary system at 298 K were obtained and its metastable phase diagrams were plotted. This quaternary system is a simple euteeyie type one, no double salt and solid solution is found. The isotherm diagram consists of two invariant points, five univariant curves and four crystallization fields corresponding to K2B4O7· 4H2O, KCl, Li2B4O7·5H2O and LiCl· H2O salts. It was found in the metastable equilibrium phase diagram that: 1 ) the crystallization speeiations of lithium chloride, potassium borate, and potassium chloride are the same as those in the stable equilibrium one; 2) lithium borate terhydrate and its crystallization region that were found in the stable equilibrium phase are replaced by lithium borate quihydrate. diagram
