柴油机燃用生物柴油的排放特性实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 用一汽无锡柴油机厂生产的4CK涡轮增压直喷柴油机进行台架试验,研究燃烧纯柴油、20%生物柴油+80%柴油、纯生物柴油(分别记作D、B20和B100)3种按体积比配制的混合燃料后,发动机CO、HC、NOx和烟度的排放规律。试验结果表明,随着掺烧生物柴油比例的增加,CO、HC比排放量下降,NOx比排放量增加,烟度无明显变化。 In this paper,the emission characteristics of CO, HC,NOx and soot emission are investigated experimentally on a 4CK turbocharged diesel engine which manufactured by Wu Xi Diesel Engine Works. Three test fuels were used in this study. (The first one was standard diesel fuel that was used as a reference and base fuel and it is called "D". The second one was biodiesel/diesel mixtures containing 20% biodiesel and called "B20". The last kind of fuel is net biodiesel and called "B100". )The results show that with the increase of the proportion of biodiesel in the fuel, the brake specific emission of CO and HC decreased,while NOx increased. There is no significant change on soot emission.
