摘要
本文介绍了一种氯氰菊酯在土壤中残留量分析方法.选用硅胶微量柱固相萃取和气相色谱电子捕获检测器定量分析.该方法简便,能够在较短时间内处理大量作品,最低检出浓度为0.0375mg·kg^(-1),回收率在82.91%以上.
A gas chromatographic method to determine Cypermethrin in soil samples is described. The method consists of solid-phase extraction with silica gel, and quantitation of the active ingredient with an electron capture detector. Compared to previous methods,it is rapid,and up to 12 samples can be prepared simultaneously. The minimum detectable concentration is 0. 0375μg·kg-1 and recoveries are over 82.91%.
