摘要
提出了一种确定单面平板中挥发性物质释放特性的多项式近似积分方法,该方法通过忽略对流传质阻力对计算过程进行了简化。与拉普拉斯变化法相比较,该方法计算简单,可以方便的计算出释放率、室内质量浓度,并可确定材料内部不同时间质量浓度的分布。为验证该方法的精确性,把该方法与拉普拉斯解析解以及实验数据进行了对比,结果显示该方法与拉普拉斯近似解以及实验数据能够很好的吻合。
An approximate integral method for volatile compounds emission from plate was presented. The gas-phase mass transfer resistance was neglected to simplify the computational model. Compared with Laplace Transformation Method, this method is simple, and the emission flux, the chamber concentration of volatile compounds and the concentration distribution of volatile compounds in the material can be determined conveniently. Results of the present method agree well with the experimental data and the results of the Laplace Transformation method.
