摘要
职前教师的专业发展一直是师范教育领域内备受关注的重点问题,尤其是在师范教育面临更大挑战的当下。重新思考师范教育的使命,关注学科教育专业课程与教学论的课程建设,创造性地探寻多元化的教师专业发展途径与工具,是本文要讨论的主要问题。以影视作品分析作为职前教师专业发展的有益尝试,应该是一个充满创新意义的教学探索。
Professional development of pre-profession teacher is the key issue in teacher education. Rethinking the mission of teacher education, focusing the curriculum framework in subject-education, exploring the multiple approaches of teacher＇ professional development, are main tasks of this article. Movie-analysis is one of the creative approaches in professional development of pre-profession teacher.
