生物补片修补因感染性异物肉芽肿切除所致腹壁缺损一例 被引量:5

摘要 腹壁缺损的修补当前主要使用聚合体材料,对于感染、污染和可能污染的创面使用聚合体材料是有争议的,多持慎用或不用的意见,因为一旦补片发生感染尤其迟发感染,常需取出补片而导致不良后果。生物学补片因置入后补片快速再血管化,吞噬细胞可迅速进入局部组织使抗感染的能力增加,在感染、污染和可能污染的创面的应用日渐增多。我们使用同种异体脱细胞细胞外基质材料治疗一例因放线菌病所致的腹壁缺损的患者,现报告如下。
