肿瘤坏死因子受体1的信号传导与肿瘤的关系 被引量：2

摘要 肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)是一种有着极其广泛生物学活性的细胞因子,它有2种特异性受体,其大部分生物学效应是通过TNF受体1(TNFR1)介导的。TNFR1涉及促凋亡及抗凋亡2种截然不同的信号传导途径,TNFR1活化后细胞究竟是生存还是死亡则取决于双方信号水平的强弱对比及作用时机的不同。本文就TNFR1的信号传导途径及在肿瘤组织/细胞中的表达与功能方面作一综述。
