摘要
阐述了林业人力资源结构优化对现代林业的影响,认为全面、准确地掌握福建省林业系统干部职工队伍的状况,并努力建设一支高素质的队伍,是绿色海峡西岸现代林业建设有力的人力保障。从人力资源总量及其在不同经济成分单位分布结构、年龄结构、学历层次、职称结构等方面对绿色海峡西岸林业人力资源结构现状及其变化、存在问题进行分析,并提出对人力资源有效开发的建议和措施,应该着力改善和调整林业人力能级结构,构建林业人力资源开发的终身教育体系,着力提高人的创新能力,实现人力资源的有效开发。
The article put forward the impoction of the forestry human resource structure optimization to modem forestry, and then proposed that comprehensively and accurately to grasp of the situation of cadres and workers of the Fujian Provincial Forestry system, and strive to build a contingent of high - quality human resource, that is the strong human security of Modem Forestry of the green west side of the strait, on the human resources (HR) and total units in different economic components, distribution structure and age structure, education levels, job structure and so on, the article discuss the green west side of the strait of the structure and change of the forestry human resource (HR), existing problems analyzed, meanwhile put forward the proposal and measures of the effective human resources (HR) development, which should focus on improving the level of human and stractural adjustment of Forestry, Construction Forestry human resottrees (HR) development and life education system, focus on improving the ability to innovate, in order to achieve the effective development of human resources (HR).
