摘要
本文明确指出创新人格在大学英语教学中的重要地位，着重从教育观念、创新思维、学生的学习兴趣、学生的意志以及师生情感等方面来阐述如何培养大学生的创新人格。
The paper points out obviously that it is important to develop the creative personality ofcollege students in college English teaching. It expounds how to develop their creative personality in the respects of education conceptions, creative thinking, learning interests, students＇ will and the sentiments between students and teachers and so on.
