摘要
用DPPH·法测定了竹醋液及其提取物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,竹醋液及其提取物对二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH·)具有较强的清除能力,但其提取物清除自由基能力(APR)是竹醋液的6.27倍;其反应动力学方程不符合线性关系。
The antioxidant activities of.bamboo vinegar and its extract were determined by DPPH · method. The result showed that extract had stronger antiradical power (6.27 times) than bamboo vinegar. There is a linear relation in the equation of reaction kinetics.
