摘要
从立业之道、建"自然"之"道法"、以人为本的柔性管理模式、领导者的"无为"艺术等四个方面分析了"无为而治"思想对现代医院管理的启示,进而明确医院的社会责任、建立系统化管理规范、开发医院人力资源、提高医院管理者的素养,最终实现"无为而治"的管理。
This article analyzes the inspiration of the thought of "to govern by non-intervention" in modern hospital management from the following four respects. They are the objects of establishing healthy career, setting up the managing method of " go with the nature", the people - oriented flexible management pattern, and the leadership art of "To govern by non - intervention". It is beneficial for hospitals to take their social responsibilities, establish systemic management systems, explore human resources and improve the managers" qualifications. With all the above approaches accomplished, the management art of "To govern by non - intervention" will be achieved.
