摘要
首先简述患者治疗满意度的概念、测量工具的研制原则与过程,着重阐释了明确研究目的和工具的属性特征、以患者治疗满意度的概念为核心、规范建立过程、保障建立过程的质量、建立良好的完善机制等原则。其次就满意度测量工具研究中需要关注的几个问题进行讨论,如工具类型的设计、指标的选择、标度的选用、指标的赋权、样本容量、数据分析、工具的评价等。最后就目前国内外有关患者治疗满意度工具的研制与应用进行介绍并对其中的问题进行了初步探讨。
the article explains the concept of patients treatment gratification degree and prepare principle and procedure of measure means at first and emphasize the objective and attribute characteristics of means. The core was the concept of the patients treatment gratification degree. It should norm found procedure and ensure the quality control of found procedure and found the favourable consummate mechanism. Secondly, the article discusses the question of measure means of gratification degree. Such as design means typing, choose index, adopt scale, give index, sample capacity, data analysis and appraise means. At last, the article introduces the preparation and application for the measure means of patient treatment gratification degree and approach the problems in all over the world.
