摘要
分析了长江三角洲地区的产业发展优势,研究了长三角地区的体育产业发展现状,调查了该地区的产业人才的供需矛盾,剖析了人才培养的问题所在,同时结合长三角地区的人文和地理环境以及体育产业发展情况,对体育产业人才培养的趋势进行了研究和展望,以期为长江三角洲地区的体育产业发展以及人才培养提供可借鉴的信息。
The author has analyzed the advantages of the industry development in the Yangtze River delta area, studied the present developing situation of the sports industry in this area, inquired into the imbalance of the talented personnel of supply and demand in the industry of the area, and pointed out the key problem for talents training. In consideration of the cultural and geographical background and the situation of the sports industry development in this area, the trend for the training of talented personnel in sports industry is studied and forecasted in order to provide valuable information for the development of the sports industry and the personnel training in the Yangtze River delta area.
