摘要
对小麦秸秆进行了不同含水率、压缩速度、模具长径比及开口锥度等不同条件下的冷态压缩成型试验,分析了压缩成型过程包括松散、过渡、压紧和推移4个阶段,不同阶段产生物料变形的原因各不相同。通过对试验结果进行分析,得出结论为:压缩速度取40mm/min时,能够保证较高的最大压缩密度和较低的比能耗;当含水率取16%、模具长径比为5.2、开口锥度为45°时成型效果最佳。
The cold ompressing molding experiments of wheat straw with different water ration, compressing speed, length to diameter ratio of the mold, placket taper were done in the paper. And the compressing process was analysed, including loose, transition, compaction and motion. The reasons for distortion of the material are different in different stage. The following conclusion was educed from the results, maximum compressing density and fairly low energy consuming could be ensured with the compressing speed of 40mm/min, and molding result was the best with water ratio of 16%, ratio of length to diameter for mold 5.20 and placket taper of 45°.
