Changes of Serum Trace Elements in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

摘要 测定了25例心肌梗死患者急性期血清微量元素(钙、铜、铁、镁、锌)的含量,并与心肌梗死恢复期及正常人比较,发现急性期血清铜、铁含量明显增高(P<0.01),锌、镁含量明显减低(P<0.01),而钙的含量无差异(P>0.05)。提示心肌梗死急性期,心肌细胞大量破坏,使血清铜、铁、锌。镁含量发生显著变化。临床上可测定其血清含量来作为评价心肌缺血程度的指标,治疗上适当补充锌、镁对心肌细胞的修复有益。 The levels of serum trace elements (Ca、Cu、 Fe、 Mg、 Zn) were determined in 25patients with myocardial infarction (MI) in acute stage, compared with their levels in convalecentstage and the levels of 25 normal subjects. The results showed that the amounts of serum Cu andFe were significantly higher(P < 0. 01), and the amounts of serum Zn and Mg were significantlylower (P < 0.01) in acute stage of MI than that in healthy people. There was no difference inamount of serum Ca between patient group and control group. It is suggested that a lot of myocar-dial cells were injured in acute stage of MI so that there were significant changes in amounts ofCu、 Fe、Zn and Mg. Clinically, determination of these trace elements is a useful index of evaluatingmyocardial ischemia and appropriate supplement of Zn and Mg is beneficial to repair of myocardialcells.
