摘要
在中国,随着经济、社会的快速发展,城乡发展水平之间的距离不断拉大。目前,农村公共产品供给问题、农民负担问题已经成为政府以及社会各界所关注的焦点问题。是否能够有效地为农民提供所需的公共产品,是否能够切实减轻农民负担,已经成为关系到社会和谐,关系到经济快速、健康发展的关键问题。
With the rapid development of economy and society in China, the distance of development levels in urban and rural areas are becoming farther and farther. At present, the problems of supplying the public products in rural areas and the burden of peasants are the key ones to cause concern from our governmnet and all social sectors. To supply the rural public products efficiently and lighten peasants＇ burden reall are related to the development of harmonious society and healthy economy. This paper explores the relations between these two key problems and the ways to solve them.
