摘要
目的:观察痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:患者56例随机分为2组。试验组29例采用痰热清注射液配合抗生素治疗,对照组27例仅用抗生素治疗,其他对症处理均相同。结果:试验组临床疗效优于对照组,试验组总有效率(93.10%)高于对照组总有效率(77.78%),有显著性差异。且试验组症状改善情况(发热,咳嗽)优于对照组,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效满意。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotic for the treatment of community acquired pneumonia. Methods： 56 patients were divided randomly into treatment or control group. The patients in treatment group received Tanreqing injection and antibiotic while the patients in control group received antibiotic alone. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group （93.10%）was higher than that of control group （77.78%）. There was significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）between two groups. Conclusion： The efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotic for community acquired pneumonia was good.
