全球气候变暖已是不争的事实,并对自然生态系统和人类生存环境产生了严重影响。《中国应对气候变化国家方案》是发展中国家颁布的第一部应对气候变化国家方案,对我国应对气候变化的举措和目标作了全面安排和部署。简要介绍了国家方案的主要内容,方案出台的意义,我国气候变化面临的挑战、应对气候变化的目标,以及减缓温室气体排放措施。
Global warming has been a recognized fact that may implicit important effect on natural ecological system and life-supporting environment of human beings. China＇s national climate change program is the first program in developing countries to adapt climate change. The main content, targets, significance of China＇s national climate change program were briefly introduced. And the possible measures to reduce greenhouse gases emission were suggested as well.
