摘要
目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)在术后肠粘连形成过程中的表达变化及其意义。方法:用干纱布擦伤回肠浆膜,制成大鼠肠粘连模型,采用免疫组化和图像分析方法,与对照组比较,观察术后2、7、14d时粘连肠组织中MMP-9及TIMP-1的表达变化。结果:与对照组比较,术后2d时模型组织中MMP-9的表达显著增加(P<0.05),而术后7、14d时粘连组织中MMP-9的表达较对照组均显著减少(P<0.01);术后各时相点时粘连肠组织中TIMP-1的表达均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:MMP-9及TIMP-1在术后肠粘连的形成过程中发挥着重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) on the formation of postoperative intestinal adhesions. Methods Rat models of intestinal adhesions were established with ileal abrasion. The expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 protein in the control ileum and adhesive tissues was determined by immunohistochemistry assay and image analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the expression of MMP-9 protein increased significantly (P 〈 0.05)in the 2nd day 'after injury and then decreased significantly in the 7th and 14th day after injury(P 〈 0,01 ). The expression of TIMP-1 protein was higher in the 2nd, 7th and 14th day after injury than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion MMP-9 and TIMP-1 are closely related to the formation of postoperative intestinal adhesions.
