摘要
采用电脉冲强光对纳塔尔链霉菌(Streptomyces natalensis)进行诱变处理,以添加了硫酸链霉素的平板进行筛选,选育出一株正突变株SN114,在同等发酵条件下,纳他霉素产量达到1.098g/L,比出发菌株提高了1.6倍,连续5次传代,其产量性状无大突变,表明该菌株遗传性状稳定。
Using the electrofusion impulse as mutagenic agent to treatment Streptomyces natalensis and with added streptomycin sulfate plat creening resist strains, a high-natamycin mutant strain SNll4 was obtained. At the same fermentation conditions,that the yield of natamycin was 1.098g/L and 1.6 times of that of original strain's. The mutual strain has a good genetic stability of descendiblity of natamyin production after being inoculated for five subsequent generations.
