摘要
针对精铸涡轮叶片的检测和模具型腔设计中存在的精度控制问题,通过三坐标测量机采集测量数据,利用自行开发的软件对测量数据进行处理,计算得出叶片截面收缩变形的位移,并通过分析所得位移进而得到叶片的收缩变形分布,为叶片精铸模具的型腔优化设计提供了量化的参考依据。
The big problem in mould design of the turbine blade is the precision control. Can get the date by the CMM. Then deal with these dates by our softwear. Can get the distance between the feature point and the theoretical surface. Know the shrink on turbine blade by analysis the distance, so that, some numerical date for the process of modeling cavity designing was provided.
