摘要
在分析张力控制系统原理的基础上,引入模糊PID控制理论,通过ActiveX技术实现Labwindows CVI与MATLAB之间的数据传送,从而实现PID的模糊在线自整定。系统已在某航天制造企业实施,并取得了一定的控制效果。
To implement PID online fuzzy self-adjust on tension control system,the fuzzy PID control theory was introduced after analyzing the tension control system. In the process of data communication, Labwindows is integrated with MATLAB for the purpose by using ActiveX technology. Finally, the system was implemented in an aerospace manufacturing company and the result of control was effective.
