摘要
用相同质量的锌代替部分锡,研究了Zn、Sn对真空铸造锡青铜合金性能和组织结构的影响。试验结果表明,相同质量的锌代替锡,提高了合金的力学性能;锌完全固溶在基体中,但是含锌较高时容易产生气孔缺陷;锡一部分固溶在基体中,其余的在晶界处析出,导致了Sn强化作用的降低。
The effects of Zn, Sn on properties and microstructure of vacuum casting tin bronze were studied. The experimental results show that the replacement of partial Sn by the same mass Zn can improve mechanical property of the alloy. Zn may totally dissolve in the matrix, but the gas pores appear easily in the alloy with high content Zn. Parts of Sn dissolve in the matrix of the alloy, the others precipitate along grain boundary, which results in the decrease of strengthening effect of Sn.
