摘要
将活性焊接法引入钛合金激光焊接中,采用氧化物(SiO2、Cr2O3、TiO2、B2O3)和氟化物(NaF、CaF2)作为表面活性剂进行钛合金活性剂激光焊接。研究结果表明,活性焊接法使得钛合金激光焊接焊缝熔深增加,光致等离子体受到抑制。钛合金活性剂激光焊接区域显微组织和显微硬度较为理想。
Activating flux-laser beam welding process for Ti alloys was proposed. For laser welding of Ti alloys, several common oxides and fluorides (SiO2, Cr2O3, TiO2, B2O3, NaF, CaF2) were taken as activating flux. The results show that the depth of seam in laser welding of Ti alloys is increased by activating welding, and the laser-induced plasma is suppressed.The microstructure and the microhardness of laser welding layer are fine.
