摘要
对中双9号苗期施用外源脱落酸(ABA)、芸苔素内酯(BR)和激动素(KT),对处理后不同天数的第8片长柄叶的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)及蒸腾速率(Tr)等指标进行测定,同时比较光合关键酶Rubisco的羧化活性。结果表明:(1)KT对光合速率的提高效果明显,BR对延缓光合速率下降有一定作用;(2)气孔导度、Ci以及Tr随Pn产生相应变化,可以得出激素处理前期主要是气孔限制因素导致Pn变化,后期以非气孔限制为主;(3)Rubisco羧化活性与Pn变化趋势基本一致,但激素ABA、BR对Rubisc活性增加有较显著作用。
Exogenous hormones ABA, BR and KT were sprayed to Zhongshuang 9 in the seedling stage. Photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate were mensurated in 8th long petiole leaves after treatments and also the RuBPcase activity was compared. The result showed that: (1) Photosynthetic rate was increased by KT remarkable and BR could stave the decrease of Photosynthetic rate; (2)The variation of stomatal conductance, Ci, and Tr was similar with photosynthetic rate. It can conclude that stomatal limitation is the mainly factor in the fore period after treatment whereas non-stomatal limitation showed the vital effect after that; (3) RuBPcase activity changed as the photosynthetic rate basically, however ABA and BR could improve the activity significantly.
