不同倍性菘蓝根叶干物质积累特性研究初报 被引量:6

摘要 以二倍体菘蓝和四倍体菘蓝为研究对象,定期分别取样,通过烘干后测定根、叶干重来考察两个品系的菘蓝在营养生长期干物质积累特性的异同。研究发现,与二倍体菘蓝相比,四倍体菘蓝干物质进入快速积累期要晚,快速积累期长,快速积累期干、叶干重的日积累量大;四倍体菘蓝的抗寒性较二倍体增强,营养生长期体延长;菘蓝四倍体和二倍体地下部分干物质的积累均滞后于地上部分的积累,整个营养生长期四倍体菘蓝的根叶比较二倍体要小。研究还发现,水涝会降低菘蓝干物质的积累速度,而且四倍体菘蓝更容易受到影响。 The study has compared the diploid Isatis indigtica fort. and its tetraploid based on the progress of accumulation of dry matter in both roots and leaves in the vegetative growth stage. Compared with tetraploid, the dry matter of both roots and leaves of diploid enter the rapid accumulation stage earlier. But the rapid accumulation stage of the tetraploid is longer than that of its diploid. Besides, if both the tetraploid and its diploid are in the rapid accumulation stage, the tetraploid's daily amount of accumulation of dry matter in both roots and leaves is more than the diploid's. It has also found: compared with the diploid, its tetraploid is easilier affected by cold stress. Based on this study, the diploid's R/L is larger than its tetraploid's in most part of their vegetative growth stages.
