摘要
采用透明圈法从长白山天池边的土样中筛选到一株高产壳聚糖酶的菌株。经16S rDNA序列测定,该菌株与Beta proteobacterium的同源性高达99%,可将其鉴定为Beta proteobacterium属的一个种,命名为Beta proteobacterium sp.T1。用发酵制得的酶液降解壳聚糖,制备壳寡糖,并用端基法检测聚合度。在微酸性条件下,壳寡糖对一些常见的植物病原真菌和细菌有不同程度的抑制作用。
A strain of chitosanase high producing bacterium was screened by circle clear zone from soil samples of the Changbai Mountain. The result of the 16S rDNA sequence alignment is 99% homologic compared with Beta proteobacterium. The strain was identified as Beta proteobacterium and was named Beta proteobacterium sp.T1. Chitooligosaccharides was obtained by crude chitosanase solution after chitosan degradation with the enzyme. Degree of polymerization was performed by the method of end group. Chitooligosacchairdes inhibited certain phytopathogens and bacteria to different extent under the slight acidic condition.
