摘要
基于像素块的纹理特性,相邻块预测模式的相关性提出了一种H.264/AVC快速帧内预测算法,该算法将4×4亮度块的候选模式从9种降低到1~4种。实验结果表明,与H.264编解码器JM8.6相比,I帧编码时间降低50%~60%,而PSNR和输出码率基本保持不变。
A fast mode decision algorithm was presented for H. 264/AVC intra prediction based on the feature of the block and neighboring block's mode ioformation. The number of candidate mode was reduced, for 4 ×4 luminance block, from 9 to 1 -4. Experimental results show that, compared with the H. 264 encoder JM8.6, the proposed scheme reduces coding time by 50%-60% for I-frame while keeping PSNR and bit rate almost unchanged.
