大豆黄酮及其复合制剂对绒山羊绒毛性状和血液中激素水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本试验选用6月龄雄性辽宁绒山羊9只,随机分为3组,采用3×3拉丁方设计,研究试验基础日粮中添加大豆黄酮(3mg/kg)及大豆黄酮与半胱胺协同应用(3mg/kg+100mg/kgBW)对绒山羊绒毛性状和血液中激素水平的影响。结果表明:大豆黄酮组血液中T3和Ins水平分别较对照组提高29.82%和9.76%(P<0.05);协同组血液中T3和Ins水平分别较对照组提高35.77%和11.18%(P<0.05)。且两试验组均明显改善绒山羊绒毛品质,使绒纤维、毛纤维长度明显增长,绒纤维明显变细、毛纤维明显变粗,且协同组作用效果优于大豆黄酮组。提示大豆黄酮及其与半胱胺协同应用可通过影响神经内分泌来改善绒山羊绒毛品质。 Nine six months old male Liaoning cashmere goat divided into three groups were used to study the effects of daidzein and daidzein combined with cysteamine added into basic diet on villus traits and serum hormone concentrations in the cashmere goat.The experiment was followed the design of 3×3 Latin square.The results indicated that serum T3 and Ins levels were increased by 29.82 % and 9.76 %(P 〈 0.05)in the daidzein group,while serum T3 and Ins level were increased by 35.77 % and 11.18 %(P 〈 0.05)in the daidzein combined with cysteamine group.Traits of villus in the cashmere goat were obviously improved in two experiment groups ,which improved the length of villus and decreased the diameter of cashmere and increased the diameter of wool in the cashmere goat,Effects of daidzein combined with cysteamine group was greater than daidzein group.It hinted that daidzein and daidzein combined with cysteamine could improve traits of villus through regulating neuroendocrine.
