头孢吡肟与舒巴坦对耐碳青酶烯类不动杆菌属的联合药敏研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的评价头孢吡肟与舒巴坦对临床分离耐碳青酶烯类不动杆菌属病原菌的体外联合抗菌效应。方法采用棋盘法设计,微量肉汤稀释法测定不同浓度组合的抗菌药物对24株临床分离的耐碳青酶烯类不动杆菌属病原菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并计算抑菌指数(FIC指数)判定联合效应。结果头孢吡肟与舒巴坦联合应用后,其MIC50明显降低,FIC指数≤0.5占33.3%,0.5<FIC≤1,占62.5%,1<FIC≤2占4.2%,FIC>2为0。结论头孢吡肟与舒巴坦联合用药对临床分离耐碳青酶烯类不动杆菌属体外联合抗菌效应主要表现为协同和相加作用。 OBJECTIVE To study the in vitro activity of cefepime combined with sulbactam against carbapenemresistant strains of Acinetobacter spp clinically isolated. METHODS The activity of each drug alone was determined against 24 isolates. Chequerborad synergy testing was then performed against all the isolates. RESULTS The percentage of the FIC index showed 33. 3% synergism, 62. 5% additive, 4. 2% (1/24) indifference, and no antagonism tively. CONCLUSIONS Testing of cefepime and sulbactam combinations revealed synergism and additivity activity against some carbapenem-resistant strains(23/24) of Acinetobacter spp which could be likely to prove beneficial effect for the treatment of infections due to multidrug-reslstant strains of Acinetobacter spp.
