摘要
visfatin是一种新的脂肪细胞因子,主要由内脏脂肪分泌;visfatin能与胰岛素受体直接结合,发挥胰岛素样作用。visfatin呈结晶状结构,受到激素、噻唑烷类二酮药物、游离脂肪酸、葡萄糖、运动和缺氧等多种因素的调节。visfatin基因本身并不是2型糖尿病和肥胖的主要敏感性基因,但它可能在葡萄糖和脂质代谢中发挥作用。visfatin与胰岛素抵抗、肥胖、糖尿病和脂代谢异常等代谢紊乱密切相关,提示visfatin可能在代谢综合征的发病机制中起着重要的作用。
Visfatin is a novel adipocytokine mainly secreted by visceral adipose tissue.It can bind to the insulin receptor and exert insulin-like effects.It has crystal structure and can be regulated by various factors such as hormones,thiazolidinediones,free fatty acids,glucose,sports,hypoxia and so on.Visfatin gene itself is not the main sensitive gene of type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity,but it maybe play the important role in glucose and lipid metabolism.It is strongly associated with metabolic disturbances such as insulin resistance,obesity,diabetes and dyslipidemia,which indicates that it may play a significant role in the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome.
