摘要
以济南市为例,建立了城市土地适宜性评价指标体系,并以MapInfo为平台,运用MapBasic语言进行二次开发,编写相关应用模块,将GIS技术应用于城市土地适宜性评价。评价中运用改进层次分析法确定评价因子的权重,同时利用GIS强大的空间分析和图形操作功能,将图形数据和属性数据统一管理,加强了评价的整体性和准确性。研究结果表明,济南城市土地适宜性可划分为6类,评价结果比较理想。
In this paper,the land-using in Jinan City being taken as a case,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and multifactor integrated assessment model were applied to establish a index system of urban land suitability evaluation.On base of GIS software-MapInfo,relatively applicable model was compiled with MapBasic language.GIS was applied to evaluate the suitability of urban land in Jinan City.IAHP was used in this study to obtain the weight of each indicator.Associating assessment system with GIS models,every assessment unit′s synthetic score was also got.According to these scores,the quality of urban land suitability evaluation in Jinan was classified into six levels.The experimental result showed it was accurate and effective.
