摘要
不同的组织成员具有怎样的结构关系才能形成一个高效创新的组织——这一经典的组织管理问题,在当前复杂和不确定的环境下需要重新思考,因为由组织结构决定组织成员的传统结构成员关系模式在复杂和不确定的环境下日益限制成员潜能的发挥和影响组织性能的改善。本文利用"质"和"构"等概念,先重点分析了组织的成员要素与成员间要素及其各自在组织中的分布特征,然后把结构和成员之间复杂的互动关系明确地区分为:同质异构、同质同构、异质异构、异质同构等四种基本要素配置类型,初步分析了每种类型对组织协调性和创新性的影响。最后说明了这种分析对组织研究的意义,以及未来研究值得注意的一些问题。
The tradtional patern dealing with the relaitonship between organizational member and structure inhibit membes' potential on the individual level and destroy the organziational capability on the collective level in the current enviroment characterized with change, complexity and uncertainty. For the end of ameliorating the relationship between member and structure in order to ultimately facilate the organizational capbaility, we develop an interactive and configuarion view of structure-member relationship' s influence on organizational capability. We define the concepts of Homogeneityheterogeneity, isomorph-isomer in the organization. Based on these concepts, we provide four types of organziational configuration, and argue that the configuration of heterogeneity and isomorph is better for the organizational capability.
