摘要
本研究以白鼠膝关节内侧副韧带作为实验研究的标本,研究药物对韧带力学性质的影响,特别是对在关节固定后引起的韧带的废用效应有何影响方面进行了有意义的探索,发现活血去瘀药物能有效减低关节固定引起韧带的废用性衰退,对于临床有一定的指导意义。
In this work, we want to find a way to decrease the disuse atrophy of the ligament which induced by immobilzation. We find that the Chinese traditional medicine which were used to remove boold stasis and promote blood circulation can give us a satisfactory result.
