摘要
借鉴体积法思想和粒子干涉理论,以嵌锁骨架和密实填充为理念,通过粗集料的振动填充试验,分析了不同粒径集料之间的填充关系,确定了嵌锁密实型水泥混凝土粗集料级配的合理填充比例。研究得出,不同最大粒径的振动填充剩余孔隙率均随填充比例的增大而减小,存在2~3个明显的波谷。随着混料最大粒径的减小,剩余孔隙率减小,且变化曲线的起伏变化幅度降低,更容易趋于稳定。粗集料逐级振动填充的合理填充比例依次为40%、45%和35%。试验验证表明,利用合理填充比例,可以方便地计算确定嵌锁密实结构的粗集料级配组成。
Using the volume method and the particle interference theory for reference,the filling relationship between the different size aggregates was analyzed by the vibration-filling test with the idea of interlocking framework and dense filling.The rational filling proportion that the coarse aggregate forming the interlocking-dense structure was confirmed.lt is pointed that the residual void ratio of different maximum size aggregate all decrease with increasing of the filling proportion,and there are 2 or 3 evident troughs in the changing curve.With the maximum size of mixture decreasing,the residual void ratio reduces,and the changing range of,the curve depress.The rational filling proportions of step level are 40%,45% and 35% .The validating result indicated that the rational proportion can be used to expediently confirm the composite proportion of the coarse aggregate with the interlocking-dense structure.
