摘要
采用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺作溶剂,异氰尿酸、苄氯为原料合成了异氰尿酸三苄基酯。通过正交实验得最佳反应条件为原料摩尔比异氰尿酸∶苄氯∶三乙胺=1∶3.1∶3.2,反应温度160℃,反应时间4h,溶剂DMF6.5ml/g异氰尿酸。
Tribenzyl isocyanurate was prepared by reaction of isocyanuric acid with benzyl chloride and with N,N dimethyl formamide(DMF)used as solvent.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,ratio of reactants and amount of solvent on the yield were discussed by orthogonal test.The optimum reaction conditions obtained were isocyanuric acid∶benzyl chloride∶triethylamine=1∶3.1∶3.2(molar ratio),reaction temperature 160℃,reaction time 4h and DMF 6.5ml/g isocyanuric acid.Under the optimum condition the yield of tribenzyl isocyanurate was over 85%.
