摘要
【目的】建立高效液相色谱法测定注射用卡络磺钠原料药含量,对其质量进行控制。【方法】采用Hy-persilC18柱为分析柱,以0.02 M磷酸二氢铵缓冲液-乙醇（90∶10）为流动相,流速1 ml/min,紫外检测器检测,检测波长360 nm。【结果】在2.0~60μg/ml浓度范围内,卡络磺钠的峰面积与浓度呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9999;方法平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为0.85%。【结论】本法准确、方便,可用于测定注射用卡络磺钠原料药含量。
【Objective】To establish a method to determine the content of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate in injection with HPLC.【Methods】The assay was conducted on a Hypersil-C18 column with 0.12% NH4H2PO4 buffer-alcohol（90∶10）as mobile phase and the detection wave length was set at 360 nm.【Results】The linear concentration range of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate was 2.0～60 μg/ml with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999 and the average recovery was 100.6%（RSD=0.85%）.【Conclusions】The method is accurate and simple and can be used for the determination of the raw material of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate used in injection.
