摘要
采用应力波和超声波无损检测,对CCA处理前后沙棘木材密度、应力波和超声波传播速度及动弹性模量的性能进行评价比较。通过配对t检验的数据分析,结果表明:CCA处理对沙棘木材密度有显著影响,但对应力波和超声波传播速度以及动弹性模量的影响不显著;两种无损检测方法所得的数据具有高度的一致性,证明了测定结果的可靠性。
Ultrasonic wave and stress wave methods were used to evaluate the stress wave, or ultrasonic transmission speed (v), and dynamic modulus of elasticity (MOED) to examine the influence of CCA treatment on wood properties. Forty seabuckthorn rafters, before and after a CCA treatment, were tested. Through an analysis of Paired Student's t-test, the results showed that CCA treatment had a significant effect on wood density, but had little influence on stress wave or ultrasonic transmission speed and dynamic modulus of elasticity. The data obtained by the two NDT methods indicated a high-level of consistency which provided a certain dependability of the test results.
