摘要
提出一种基于互补驱动方式的音频开关功率放大器设计方法,该放大器采用通用的PWM发生器芯片SG3525,后级功率驱动采用独特的MOSFET互补方式,输出部分用2个电容采用半桥式接法,可工作在24~60V电压范围,具有电路简单、工作稳定、高性能价格比特点,因此可广泛应用在频响要求低于10kHz的工业用报警器产品中.
A method to design the audio switching power amplifier based on the complemental driving mode is presented. The amplifier adopts universal PWM generator SG 3525, its backward stage power driving uses a unique way of MOSFET complementarity, and its output uses two capacitances to build up a half-bridge circuit. The amplifier can work in the range of 24-60 V voltage, with the characteristic of the circuit simpleness, steady working state and high cost performance. Thus, it can be widely applied to the industrial annunciator which requires less than 10 kHz frequency response.
