摘要
煤焦油在煤气的生产、运输等过程中存在较大危害。为了研究焦油的裂解特性,在1MW循环流化床热电气多联产试验装置上进行了煤部分空气气化多联产方案的焦油脱除试验研究,考察气化炉运行温度和添加石灰石对焦油裂解的影响。此外,设计了焦油的氧化热裂解装置,进行了焦油的氧化热裂解试验。结果表明,随氧化裂解温度的升高,煤气中焦油含量显著降低。
In production and transportation process of coal gas, the coal tar has comparatively severe harmness. In order to study the splitting property of tar, test and research about tar extrication in cogeneration scheme of partial coal gasification by using air have been carried out on a 1 MW CFB heat, electricity, and gas cogeneration testing equipment, to investigate the influence of operation temperature in gasification furnace and of adding lime stone upon the tar splitting. In addition , an oxidation pyrolysis facility of tar has been designed, and test of oxidation pyrolysis for tar being carried out. Result of test shows that the tar content in coal gas has been remarkably reduced along with increasing the temperature of oxidation pyrolysis.
