摘要 根据某电厂的实际情况,开发了一套电厂给水泵状态检修支持系统。该系统以可靠性为中心,在对给水泵进行故障模式及后果分析(FMEA)的基础上,采用特征空间向量方法和模糊数学方法对给水泵进行状态评价和风险评估后,给出最优的检修决策。实际运行表明,该系统界面友好,操作方便,决策正确,为实现全厂设备的状态检修打下了良好的基础。 On the basis of practical situation in one power plant, a supporting system for condition based maintenance of the feed -water pumps in said power plant has been developed. Taking the reliability as the centre, and based on failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), an optimal policy decision for maintenance has been given out after situation evaluation and risk estimation of the feed - water pump by using the characteristic spatial vector method and the fuzzy mathematical method . Practical operation shows that the said system has friendly interface, being convenient to operate, and having correct policy decision, laying a solid foundation for realizing condition based maintenance of the equipments in whole plant.
