摘要
目的制备金属蜂窝状催化剂载体,并使其强度达到一定要求。方法采用浸渍-提拉法(dip-coating)在所选的金属基体材料上制备氧化铝涂层,所用的载体是用自制设备制作的金属蜂窝状载体。结果通过对样品进行检测得出浸渍-提拉的理想速度为2.5 mm/s,干燥温度为200℃,热处理温度为600℃,热震实验60次后样品质量损失L≤15%。结论小型试验阶段,整个实验过程是可行的,结果达到了预期要求。
Aim To produce the metallic honeycomb catalyst carrier which will fulfil some needs in strength characters. Methods The dip-coating method were applied to fabricated an alumina coating on the surface of the metal based honeycomb substrates. The metallic honeycomb mentioned above were produced with the aid of a self-designed equipment. Results The ideal velocity of dippings is 2.5 J mm/s, dryness temperature is 200℃ ,heat treatment temperature is 600℃ after testing the samples. The mass loss of the samples L ≤15% after the thermal shock of 60 cycles. Conclusion The results reach the expect desire and the whole experiment process is feasible in the miniature examination phase.
