摘要
在温室内利用盆栽试验方法,通过栽种番茄、茄子、辣椒等3种茄果类蔬菜于添加了不同Pb浓度处理的供试土壤中,对3种蔬菜的生长特性、Pb富集规律和组织细胞超微结构进行了研究。结果表明,供试的茄果类蔬菜果实中的Pb含量与土壤中的Pb含量呈显著相关性,番茄、茄子、辣椒的相关系数分别为:0.974、0.960、0.991,土壤Pb浓度还明显影响茄果类蔬菜的产量。运用扫描电子显微镜对番茄和茄子的畸形叶片和萼片组织细胞超微结构进行了观察,结果表明,虽然果实中的Pb含量没有超标,但是叶片和萼片的组织细胞已经发生了质壁分离,叶绿体膜断裂或消失,线粒体肿胀、内嵴减少或消失,细胞壁变薄等现象。
Using the method of pot culture experiment in greenhouse, the effect of Pb on growth characteristics and cell uhrastructureuhra-structure of tomato, eggplant and pepper as well were studied. The results indicated that the leaves and sepals of solanaceous vegetables were affected by the content of lead in soil remarkably, observed with scanning electron microscope, the uhrastructure of their cells were changed by the soil pollution of lead. These changes includinged plasmolysis, fracture or disappear of chloroplast membrane, swelling of mitochondria, reduction or vanish of cristae in mitochondrias and attenuation of cell wall as well. The growth characteristics of vegetables were also affected by lead. The yields of vegetables were decreased significantly with the increasing content of lead in soil. Besides, there was distinctive correlationvitys of the lead content between soil and fruit, and the correlation coefficients of tomato, eggplant and pepper were 0.974, 0.960 and 0.991, respectively.
