摘要
采用CK、2.5%、5%、7.5%、10%、12.5%、15%不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)胁迫芦笋种子,进行萌发实验,结果表明:2.5%和5%浓度处理的发芽率、发芽势、胚根生长、发芽指数、活力指数、萌发指数较对照增加或降低不显著,对干旱伤害率影响不明显;大于7.5%高浓度胁迫较对照显著降低,萌发指数、发芽指数和发芽势的干旱伤害率上升,萌发抗旱指数表明,芦笋种子能在2.5%和5%PEG处理下正常萌发.
The experiment was carried out by 0.0 %, 2.5 %, 5.0 %, 7.5 %, 10.0 %, 12.5 %, 15 % of PEG- 6000 to deal asparagus seeds . The results indicated that asparagus seeds' s germination percentage, germination tendency, root length, germination index, vigor index, sprout index was increased or declined at 2.5 %, 5 % of PEG compared to the control, and the difference of their drought injury rate was not significant; But over 7.5 % PEG, these indexes were significantly and drought injury rate of sprout index, germination index and germination tendency of was increased. The sprout drought index showed that asparagus seed was able to normally germinate at 2.5 % and 5 % PEG stress
