摘要
动物实验发现:安静状态下,B组(实验组)SDH活性显著高于A组(对照组)(P<0.05),MDH活性显著升高(P<0.05);运动1h状态下,A组MDH活性升高(P<0.05);力竭状态下,A、B组SDH活性降低(P<0.05),B组LD含量显著下降(P<0.05),A组LDH活性降低(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪多糖可以增加大鼠机体有氧代谢酶SDH、MDH的活性,减缓其活性下降速率及增加其恢复,使能源物质得到充分利用的同时减少对机体危害的代谢产物生成,从而维持更长时间的运动;黄芪多糖对骨骼肌LDH活性、LD含量影响不明显,但有利于代谢产物LD的清除,从而可以延缓疲劳的产生。
In order to observe the effects of the APS on the enzyme relevant to metabolism in swimming rats, the thesis writers tested the duration of swimming of the rats and detected the dynamic change of the SDH, MDH, LD and LDH in different conditions. The thesis writers found that: ( 1 ) The duration of the rats of the other two groups is definitely longer than the duration of group B ( P 〈 0.05). (2) In quiet conditions, the activity of SDH of group B is higher than A(P 〈 0.05 ). In condition of 1 hour exercise, the activity of MDH of group A increased ; in condition of exhaustion of exhaustion, the activity of SDH of group A and B decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ), the activity of LD of group B and the activity of LDH of A decreased too ( P 〈 0.05 ). Results : APS can enhance the activity of SDH and MDH, slows down the speed of disappearance of the activity and promote the recovery. In this way, APS may help the body to make good use of the energy and reduce the creation of harmful substances and prolong the sports duration. APS has no definite effects on the capacity of LDH and LD in skeletal muscle, but it is beneficial to the elimination of LD and delay the appearance of fatigue.
